BONCE is the stage name of Eric Hartl, a musician, writer, and archivist based in New York City. For the better part of a decade, Eric has performed in numerous musical projects covering a vast array of popular and avant-garde stylings. As an electric bassist, he has performed with psychedelic rock band Johnny St. Grace and digital hardcore artist Glockteau Twins . As lead guitarist, Eric has toured extensively with his noise rock outfit OUCHIE!, perfomring along the East Coast of the United States, the UK, and IE. Eric released his debut solo EP "Perfect Possession" on April 4, 2026.
